You must become devoted to the goal of developing your spirituality. That commitment must run deep and it must be solid. You must have devotion to the spiritual purpose of life. You must consciously and deliberately come into a state of mind where you decide, “I am going to develop my dormant spirituality. I am going to develop this ability to interact with the cosmos (and others) in a harmonious fashion.” Again, this is what the ancestors called Maát
